Order processing
Once your confirmed payment has been received and the availability of goods has been confirmed, our service standard is to complete your shipment within two business days.
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide that will confirm tracking information for your shipment.
Returns

You must include the original packing list inside the carton to be sure that your credit is processed accurately.
All merchandise must be returned with the original packaging in original condition. Once we receive your items, we will send you an email notification. If everything is in its original condition, we will then process your exchange or refund you in full. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days.
